SUNY Online Technology: Reaching the Next Generation of Learners
The SUNY Online team will describe its technology vision and how it serves to dramatically extend SUNY’s reach to the next generation of learners; those who seek higher education throughout their entire lives to advance their careers and mobility. The SUNY Online team will review their decision making process in selecting the technologies being piloted, and how Open SUNY’s HelpDesk and Application Services are evolving to respond to different needs. The team will provide an update on the status of implementation, review some lessons learned during the pilot, and discuss the roadmap ahead.
